Sending Emails to Tenants in the 6Storage Admin Portal
Learn how to send customized or automated emails directly to tenants from within the admin portal.
You can send emails directly to individual tenants from their profile. This is useful for communicating account updates, reminders, or general messages.
Sending an Email to an Individual Tenant
Step 1: Access the Tenant Profile
- Use the search bar at the top to find the tenant
- Or go to the Tenants tab and select them from the list

Step 2: Open the Email Tab
- In the tenant profile, click on the Email tab located on the left side under the Rental section
- This tab shows a history of emails previously sent to the tenant

Step 3: Compose a New Email
- Click the Send Email button

- You’ll be able to:
- Adjust the tenant’s email address (if needed)
- Enter a subject line
- Write the body of your message
- Click Send when you're ready to deliver the email
Bulk Emails (Messaging)
- Bulk email functionality is available through the Messaging tab in the top toolbar
- This will allow you to send emails to multiple tenants at once
Step 1: Decide Who to send your email to
- Select the tenants that you would like to send your email to using the check boxes in the table
- Limit your search using the filters on the left side
- You can use the check box in the column heading to select all tenants

Step 2: Decide What to send and How
- Select either Email or SMS text message from the Channel drop down
- Choose the template you would like to send from the Select Template drop down
- You can edit the template before sending it here
- You can use the Next button at the bottom to move to the next step

Step 3: Select When to send
- Click the Send Now button to send the message now
- You can also select a date and time to schedule a message to be sent in the future
