Settings - Upload Units
Easily bulk upload your unit inventory to the system using a standardized template.
Here, you can add new rentable spaces into your account.

You must have the corresponding Facility, Buildings, Unit Types, Unit Groups, and Unit Sizes (WxL) set up in the settings before uploading units.
Units are uploaded by Unit Type. You will need to upload units in batches based on their Unit Type.
Step 1: Download the Excel Template
Step 2: Complete the Excel Template
- See Column Guide below.
- Do not delete any columns or change column names or order.
- For any optional column, leave the column blank. Do not delete the column(s).
Step 3: Upload Excel Template File
Step 4: Check and correct any errors.
Step 5: Click on the Unit tab in the Navigation bar to find/verify uploaded units.
Column Guide
The following columns are required:
- Facility Name
- Building Name
- Unit Type
- Unit Group
- Unit Number
- Price Per Month - If you’ve enabled the Unit Price Inclusive of Tax setting, enter the price as the unit price with the tax included.
- Width
- Length
The remaining columns are optional. See below for input field options for each column:
Parking Type - This corresponds to the tax settings. Depending on the selection, the software will know whether to charge tax or not (if applicable).

Height - Height of unit (this is different than the Door Height)

Floor

Door Type
- Swing
- Roll-up
Door Height – This is different than the unit height

Door Width
- Numeric input only
Enclosed - Refers to whether or not the space/unit is fully enclosed
- Yes/No
Covered - Refers to whether or not the space/unit is covered versus enclosed (no door)
- Yes/No
Numbered - Refers to whether or not the space/unit is numbered. In most cases, the input is Yes. If you have open parking with no numbers assigned, then No.

Access Code
- Numeric input only
ADA Accessible - Is the space/unit ADA Accessible
- Yes/No
Serial Code - This is primarily for overlock system integrations, but can be used manually as well
- Alphanumeric accepted
Unlock Code - This is primarily for overlock system integrations, but can be used manually as well
- Alphanumeric accepted
Description - Additional information about unit. This can be displayed on the online rental unit listings
- All characters accepted. Max of 200 characters including spaces.
Notes - For internal note purposes
