Settings - Move-In Fields
Customize the fields and information collected during the tenant move-in process.
- Choose which fields are visible during the move-in process (admin and tenant portals)
- Edit by clicking the pencil icon next to the facility
- Update any questions that you would like to add your tenants and determine if they should be required to be answered before moving forward with the rental.
- You can also adjust the corresponding questions with Military and Vehicle information

Move-In Preferences
- The Move in Preferences can be used to help match how your facility operates
- This includes several options you may want to collect during the time of the move in such as:
- Identification documents
- Signatures
- Additional Fees/Services
- Merchandise sales
- Access control system codes
