Settings - Move-In Fields

Customize the fields and information collected during the tenant move-in process.

  • Choose which fields are visible during the move-in process (admin and tenant portals)
  • Edit by clicking the pencil icon next to the facility
  • Update any questions that you would like to add your tenants and determine if they should be required to be answered before moving forward with the rental.
  • You can also adjust the corresponding questions with Military and Vehicle information

 

 

Move-In Preferences

  • The Move in Preferences can be used to help match how your facility operates
  • This includes several options you may want to collect during the time of the move in such as:
    • Identification documents
    • Signatures
    • Additional Fees/Services
    • Merchandise sales
    • Access control system codes
