Settings - Leads and Reservations

Manage settings related to tenant inquiries, reservations, and automated follow-ups.

Lead Source

Leads can come in through various sources and many facilities like to keep track of the methods that work best for them

  • Click Add Category button to add a new lead category
  • After selecting the newly made category you can use the Add Source button to create options inside that category
  • These categories and sources will be the options you can choose when adding a new lead

 

Reservation Preferences

When adding a reservation you will want to collect some information from your tenant. The reservation preferences will allow you to determine what information is collected along with a few settings to match your facility’s operations.

  • Select the pencil icon next to each facility to edit
  • Reservation fields will determine what is asked and required when adding a new reservation
  • You can change these requirements for both tenants reserving online and you as the operator in the admin portal

 

  • You can also edit a few additional settings for your reservations
  • This can include
    • Taxing a reservation fee
    • Allowing a move in to override a reservation
    • Applying a reservation fee towards the move in invoice
    • Reservation expiration timers
    • Reservation fees
