Settings - Custom Fields

Add your own fields to capture specific information about tenants, units, or transactions.

If there are any fields you would like to ask your tenants during the move in process that are not included in the move-in fields you can create them here

  • Create any fields or questions not already included in the software by selecting the Add New Field button
  • The Field Name will be the question asked during the move in
  • The UI element has several options. This will determine the type of answer your tenant can select
    • Text Box
    • Date Pickers
      • Choose a date from a calendar
    • Text Area
    • Pair of Check Box
      • Multiple choice with the ability to select multiple answers
    • Pair of Radio Button
      • Multiple choice but only one option can be selected
    • Check box
      • A check box for a yes or no
  • You can also decide if these fields are shown or required in both the admin portal and rental hub
