Custom Automation Scheduler
You can use the custom automation scheduler to set up automations for your facility. You can automate task reminders, emails, and SMS
To add an automated event you can:
- Click Add Event
- Name the event
- Set the trigger parameters
- Define the action the event should perform
- Choose the unit types and facility it applies to
- Click Save
System Notifications
- You can use the settings here to adjust the automated notifications sent to the admin and the tenants
- You can edit these notification settings by selecting the pencil icon near the facility name
- When editing you can also add additional emails on these notifications
- The settings that can be changed are:
- Operator
- Send Autopay/Payment Success
- Send Auto-Pay Failure Notification
- Send A Copy Of Any Email Sent To Tenant To Facility Email
- Send Auto-Invoice Batch Creation Report
- Send Rental Hub Move-In Notification To Facility Email
- Send Credit Card Expiration Notice (30 Days Prior To Expiration)
- Send Rental Hub Lead Inquiry Notification To Facility Email
- Operator Clicks Button To Send At End Of Admin Portal Move-In
- Send Invoice Upon Auto-Creation
- Send Payment Receipt upon Auto-Payment
- Send Auto-Payment Report
- When Operator/Users Clicks On Forgot Password On The 6Storage Admin Portal Login Screen
- Send Rental Hub Reservation Notification To Facility Email
- Tenant
- Send Access Granted Notification When Gate/Facility Access Is Granted
- Sent When Confirming/Processing Scheduled Move-Out From Either Tenant Profile, Sitemap, Etc.
- Option To Send When Clicking Overlock In Tenant Profile
- Option To Send When Clicking Unlock In Tenant Profile
- When Tenant Clicks On Forgot Password On The Tenant Portal Login Screen
- Option To Send When Clicking Gate lock In Tenant Profile Or Complimentary Default Template Loaded To Notify Tenant Of Their Gate Access Suspension
- Send a document at anytime to be esigned
