Would you like your tenants to move-in today and pay later? Then 6storage has an option to do this by disabling credit card and direct debit, and enabling pay later from the PMS. 

 

 

Now, in the tenant portal after choosing a unit, entering the tenant details . Read and accept the  terms and conditions of storage  and complete the move in by clicking on Proceed & Move-in. 

 

A lease with an unpaid invoice will be create. Tenant can pay later.
