Notification Template
Click on Settings -> Notification template.
Notification Template lets you view the list of templates. There are 2 types of Templates.
1. Default Templates: The templates that 6Storage provides by default.
2. Custom Templates: The templates that are created you or other users in your account. More Info
Actions:
The Actions column has Preview, change template category, Edit, and Show/Hide template.
Preview:
If you hit on the preview icon, it will open up the template.
The preview enables you to preview the email content as shown below. Since there isn't a tenant to pull information from, only the macros will be shown.
Change template category:
Clicking the Change Category Icon (shown below) will show the template categories (Also listed below)
Template Categories
Note: The categories are used to differentiate the templates in different parts of the application.
Edit: To edit a template, click on the edit icon (Shown below)
The template will be displayed in an editable form. When you've finished your edits, click on the Save button.
Note: The category of the template can also be changed from the edit form.
Test email: If you wish to test the email template you can send it to your test email ID. Type in the email id and click on the Test Email Button. Note that because the template isn't tied to a tenant, the macros will not populate and information.
