The Leads Tab:

The leads tab contains the details of prospects for your self-storage. It has three main parts

1. Leads.

2. Reservations.

3.Archived.

Leads: This contains the information of your prospects who are willing to rent a unit. This allows you to collect information like Name, Email, Preferred storage type & size, and desired move-in date.

Operations that can be performed in a lead:

1. Add Leads

2. View Leads

3. Convert a lead to reservation

4. Move in a lead

5. Edit a Lead

6. Delete a Lead

7. Lead Follow-Ups

8. Make a lead Active/ Inactive
