Navigate to settings -> Documents -> Invoice Receipt.

Here you can see all the invoices and receipts templates.

Edit:

Pressing the pencil you're able to edit the templates.

As an example, if you wanted to remove the Email ID, all you need to do is unselect the item and click on save & preview.

As you can see from the above image, the Email Id has been disabled.
