Invoice settings are set/updated in Settings/Move-In/Invoice Settings.
Invoice Settings is used to select and modify the Invoice Period and Invoice Recurring options for both the Admin and the Tenant Portal.
6Storage has the capability to invoice and bill tenants for different time periods ranging from daily to annually. The default billing period is set to Monthly but can be changed to any of the available time periods by clicking the Default checkbox.
The Admin Portal and Tenant Portal can have different billing periods available by selecting or deselecting the checkboxes.
To set the recurrance of billing, either First of Month or on Tenant Anniversary date, indicate by checking the box. Again, the Admin and tenant portals can have different settings.
Click the save button to save changes.
