V2-How to Write-off Bad Debts
Writing off bad debt must be completed during the move out. You will not be able to write off bad debt after the move out has been completed. If you accidentally forget to click "write-off" during the move out, you do have a short window of time that you are able undo the move out and try again.
You'll first need to start the move out. This can be initiated through the tenant profile page or Sitemap. Either one will take you to the move out screen.
You will scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on the write off box before clicking the move out button.
A confirmation pop up will appear.
Click Yes to proceed move out and No to cancel move out.
