There are two ways to upload units:
1. Manual Upload 2. Sheet Upload
Manual Upload
Manual upload lets you upload all the unit data manually by entering the details of the unit(s).
Go to Settings -> Data Upload -> Unit Upload -> Manual Upload
Select from each dropdown the details of your units. The fields for Storage Prefix and Storage Suffix implies the naming pattern you can set for units. Prefix comes before the unit number, and the Suffix comes after the unit name. "Starts on" and "Ends on" allows for uploading multiple units in sequential order. For example, if you were to put 1 in "Starts on" and 10 in "Ends on" the system would create units 1-10. Upload an image (optional) which will be common for all the units that are uploaded.
Enter the price you want to set for the units. Enter the Monthly Price and review the calculation for all the billing cycles at their respective fields. Then click on Save.
Once units are uploaded, you can find the ‘Upload Summary’ and ‘Upload Status’ on the same page.
Sheet Upload
Sheet upload lets you bulk upload the unit data by entering the details of the unit(s) in a spreadsheet. From the ‘Data Upload’ tab, click on ‘Unit Upload’ and then choose ‘Sheet Upload.’ Select the Storage category and click on the download icon to download the spreadsheet.
Fill the spreadsheet with the details of your unit(s).
Make sure you have added all these storage details i.e., Location Name, Building Name, Sub Type, and Dimensions in the ‘Facility Details’ and ‘Storage Category’ tab under Settings. Once all details are filled and cross-checked, choose the file and click on ‘Upload.’
Once units are uploaded, you can find the ‘Upload Summary’ and ‘Upload Status’ on the same page.
Now, you have successfully uploaded the unit data using the sheet.
