Update price for a single unit

To update the unit price, go to ‘Operations’ from the menu. From the unit tab, select the Storage Category, Location, Building, Unit Status, Addons, and click on 'Apply.'

Click on the 'View More' button to update the price for any unit. 

You can see the price details pop up in a dialog box. Enter the new price and click on 'Save'

Note: You will be able to edit the inclusive tax price of the unit if the inclusive tax feature is enabled in settings.

Update price for multiple units

Go to ‘Operations’ and select the Storage Category, Location, Building, Unit Status, Addons, and click on 'Apply.'

Select the entries by enabling the checkboxes and click on the grid box to view more actions.

Click on the 'Update Price' option.

Select the type as Fixed value or Percentage. 'Fixed value' implies that you can update the unit price to any fixed amount. 

To apply the price changes to the existing lease(s), you may enable the checkbox for 'Update unit price for occupied lease(s)'

Percentage implies that you can either increase or decrease the unit price by entering a certain percentage in the 'Modifier' field. Click on 'Save'

Now, the new price will be updated for all the selected units as the standard rate on the tenant's lease page.

Note: Units displayed at the Tenant Portal are grouped based on the price and the size of the units.
