The Bad Debts Report lists tenants
who have not paid their balance during or after their move-out.
Bad Debts Report
To run the report, go to Reports -> Bad Debts (located in Financial & Accounting Reports).
The report can be generated by filtering
on Storage Category, Location, Building, Invoice Type and Year(s).
After selecting parameters, click Get
Report.
The report details include filtered
results along with Unit Number, Tenant information, Moved-out Date and Balance Information.
Click Export, then select PDF or XLS to download the report.
