Click on add new button.
Clicking on the icon will show you the list of features.

Click on the icon to see the available amenities.
Step 3:
Use the pre-filled Amenity Name and Description or highlight the text to delete and add your own. Click Save to save the changes or Cancel to cancel the changes.
The new amenity will be at the top of the complete list.
