Payment Information in the Tenant Portal

To update your payment information in your Tenant Portal, please follow the instructions below. 

To set up autopay, you'll first need to login to your tenant portal. Your storage facility should have a link to the tenant portal on their website. 

Once logged in, you'll see the screen below. Click on the down arrow next to the little person/head icon (yours might be a different color than orange).

Click Profile.



Next, you'll scroll down and expand the "My Cards" section and click on "Add Credit Card." 
Enter your card details and Save
If you'd like to enroll in Autopay, ensure that the Autopay toggle is On


Notes: 
  1. If you're trying to delete a card and it won't let you, it's because your facility has mandatory autopay turned on. You'll first need to add a new card and then you'll be able to delete the other one. 
  2. If you're trying to turn off autopay and it won't let you, it's because your facility has mandatory autopay turned on. Please contact your storage facility for additional help.
  3. If you need additional assistance, please reach out to your storage facility.
