Covid-19 has significantly impacted businesses and industries.Since the lockdown, customers have shown an increasing preference towards contactless payment, and digital transactions have soared.It is not just consumers who want to avoid cash transactions, self Storage operators are also wary of receiving and handling cash.

Hence we have come up with a feature wherein self storage operators can invoice the tenant and collect the payments later. The tenant's can login to their portal and then make payments for their outstanding invoice(s) .

Step 1: Click on Move in option from the list of reservation tenants. 

Step 2: Complete the move in process and in the final step choose to " pay later ".

The lease will now be created with a balance which can be paid later on. Based on the late fee setting the late fee will be applied to the late days.
