Data upload allows you to migrate tenants' data including the existing balance from existing software or spreadsheet. Before uploading data, you need to set up storage category settings. Please check this article to learn the storage category settings.
Manual Upload
Go to Settings >> Data Upload >> Lease Upload >> Manual Upload. Select the Storage Category, Location & Building.
Then choose the unit from the list to fill in the tenant details and their lease information.
Enter the required details such as Tenant Name, Email ID, Contact information, and Address details.
Scroll down to the lease information tab and enter details regarding the Invoice period, Move-In date, paid through date, Billing date, Security Deposit, and Balance. Once all the fields are filled, click on Add Lease. With that, the lease will be added for the selected unit.
Sheet Upload
From the Data Upload tab, click on Lease Upload and then choose Sheet Upload. Click on the download button to download the template.
Fill the spreadsheet with the required details regarding the selected unit(s) and the lease information. Once all details are filled and cross-checked, choose the file and click on Upload.
Once the sheet is uploaded, you can find the Lease Upload Summary and Upload Status on the same page.
