Go to your Operations menu

Change the Unit Status to All and make a selection on Unit Type. Hit Apply.

Click the checkbox next to the units which prices you'd like to update, and then click the Menu button.

Click Update Price.

Change the prices accordingly. You can also choose to update the prices for the current leases in these units. Please note that this changes the current tenants rates immediately to reflect the updated price. Use with caution.

After you hit save and the screen closes, you will see the notification confirming that it went through.
