As you click on the ‘Paya’ logo, it expands to a few text fields that require details such as User Id, User API Key, Location Id, User hash key, and Production Id.

To derive all this information, you need to go to your live Paya account. 

Under ‘API Credentials’ tab, you can find the User Id, User API Key and User Hash Key. Please note that both ‘User API Key’ and ‘User Hash Key’ will be shown only once i.e., when you create your credentials. It may be recommended that you make a note or copy of those credentials and keep it safely somewhere you can refer to anytime.

You can find the Location Id under the ‘Project Details’ tab whereas the ‘Services’ tab displays ‘Product Transaction Id’. 

You may copy all the details and enter the same in the text fields at the ‘Payments’ page under the 'Automation' tab at 6Storage. Also, enable the checkbox for ACH transactions to make payments through Direct Debit.

Now, click on the ‘Tenants’ tab at the side menu. Select each filter according to the results you need to fetch.

Once you fetch the results, click on the tenant’s name for whom you want to activate ‘Paya’ ACH.

Scroll down and click on the tab ‘Auto Bill Preference’. As the tab expands, you can see two radio options for payment preferences, likely, Credit/Debit Card and ACH.

Select ‘ACH’ and click on ‘Add Account’, which prompts a dialog box that asks for details such as Account holder name, Account type, Routing number, Account number, and SEC code. Enter all the required details and click on ‘Submit.’

Now, your card has been saved for future payments. If you want to make a payment, click on ‘Pay Now’ on the same page.

Please note that ACH can be used as a payment method only for instances of regular payments such as rents. Other manual purchases and payments are supported by ‘Paya’ payment gateway only through Credit Cards.
