The email activity report shows the overview of all the data related to your email activities. You can view the statistics on sent, opened, clicked, and other responses for your emails for specific periods, by which you can understand the trends, and get more granular insights about the activities and individual level user details. To avail of the benefits of the email activity report, here are the steps you need to follow:
Sign in to your SendGrid account with the credentials.
Enter the Two-Factor Code sent to your mobile number for verification and click Continue to log into your account.
From the Side navigation bar, click Settings >> Mail Settings.
You can view the status and description of each setting. Click on the edit icon to enable the setting Event Webhook.
You need to enter the Webhooks link in the HTTP Post URL field. To get this link, please contact our Support team through any medium (Chat, Email, Call)
Deliverability is when your email successfully arrives in the recipient’s inbox. Engagement is how recipients respond to or interact with your emails.
Ideally, enabling all the checkboxes under Deliverability Data & Engagement Data will help you track the status of all the sent emails under these categories. Now, move the toggle button for Event Webhook Status to Enabled. And click Save.
Now, you can see that the status of Event Webhook is Enabled. But we aren’t done here. There’s one more step to do from your 6Storage account to complete the process.
Log in to your 6Storage account. Go to Settings >> Preferences >> Notifications. Mark the checkbox for Enable Email Activity and click Save.
As you have enabled Webhooks with your SendGrid account, you can fetch the email activity report in the Reports tab in the 6Storage software.
