How to Configure Stripe with 6Storage
Please note this is Direct Debit/SEPA payments through Stripe is only available for European customers. The first step to configuring stripe with 6Storage is signing into the Stripe Account with your credentials.
On the home page, copy the Publishable key and Secret key and provide both the keys to the 6storage Support Team to activate Stripe.
Once the 6storage Support Team activates Stripe for your account, log in to your 6storage Account, and click on Automation. In the Payments tab, you can check whether Stripe is activated.
How to configure SEPA direct debit payment
To enable SEPA direct debit, contact the 6storage Support Team to get the endpoint URL. Once you received the endpoint URL, sign in to your Stripe Account. On the top right corner of the page, select the Developer tab, which will navigate you to the overview page.
Select the Webhooks under the Developer Listings on the left side.
Click on Add Endpoint at the bottom. Enter the Endpoint URL received from the 6Storage Support team.
Click Select events and select the corresponding events or enable the checkbox for all events. Then click Add events.
On the webhooks page, you can see the status as Enabled, which implies that SEPA is activated. Now, login into your 6Storage Account. Go to Settings >> Move-In >> Payment Settings, and enable the checkbox for Direct Debit.
Once it is enabled, the direct debit option will be displayed as one of the payment types during the move-in.
