After logging into their account, your tenant can change their insurance plan by following the steps below.

Step 1: To view the purchased insurance policies for each of the rented units navigate to Profile >> “My Insurance”.

Step 2: A list of all insured and uninsured units will be displayed. 

Step 3: Uninsured unit’s can have policies purchased by click 'Buy Now'.

For the insured units, the tenant can click 'Change Plan'. 

Step 4: Clicking “Change now” will change the insurance plan, and the below conformation will be displayed.

Note: The insurance policy will be charged starting with the next invoice generated for the unit.
