Go to Settings from the side menu. Click on Preferences and click on Other. As the tab expands, enable the checkbox for Security Deposit and click on Save.

Go to Operations from the side menu. Select each filter according to the results you need to fetch and click on Apply

From the list of results, you can either select all the results by enabling the master checkbox or you can mark specific units and click on the grid button for more options. Select Security Deposit from the list.

Enter the deposit amount for the selected units in the pop-up. Enable/disable the checkbox for the Refundable option accordingly and click on Save.

Now, the entered security deposit amount will reflect for all the selected units in the list.

To make the Security Deposit field enabled during the move-in process, go to Settings >>> Move-In >>> Field Settings. Scroll down and enable the checkbox for both Admin Portal and Tenant Portal accordingly and click on Save.

Now, during the move-in process, the field Security Deposit will reflect on the Storage details page.
