The tenant needs to log into their tenant portal using their username and password. 6Storage defaults usernames as email addresses. Both the username and password are case sensitive.

After logging in, the tenant should navigate to the Leases tab of their Dashboard. Select the Actions button next to the lease they want to scheduled their move out for. Select Schedule Move Out.
