How to restrict tenant's access to the gate, after the scheduled move-out date has passed

After the scheduled move-out date has passed, a tenant's access to the gate is restricted.

If any gate access system is activated in 6Storage, the tenants who have scheduled a move-out cannot access to the facility. Once the tenant cancelled/reschedule the move-out date then the tenant can able to enter into the facility. Then the following steps need to be followed to restrict tenant accessing the unit after the scheduled move-out date.

First make sure, the gate access system is configured in your 6storage account.

Go to Settings-> Preferences->Other->Schedule Move-out-> enable the checkbox “Restrict gate access for schedule move out tenant’s, this will restrict the tenant from accessing the unit after the schedule move-out.

Once this is done, make sure the gate lockout setting is enabled in Automation, you can check this by going to Automation-> Delinquency-> Enable Gate Lockout Notify Storage Operator To Overlock check boxes after the location is selected.
