Go to Settings >> Preferences >> Notifications
Email Notification Preferences tab contains the checkboxes for sending notifications on invoices and receipts at the bottom.
Here’s what each checkbox means:
Do you want to send auto-created invoices to tenants? - Whether all the automatically created invoices should be sent to non-autopay tenants
Send invoice for auto pay leases - Whether auto-invoices are to be sent to tenants who have enabled auto payments for their leases.
Send receipt for auto pay leases - Whether payment receipts are to be sent to tenants who have enabled auto payments for their leases.
To change these preferences specific for leases, go to the lease information
page of any tenant profile. On the right side of the page, click on the dropdown Lease
Preferences.
Send invoice for auto pay leases - Whether auto-invoices are to be sent to the tenant of this lease (if autopay is enabled).
Send receipt for auto pay leases - Whether payment receipts are to be sent to the tenant of the lease (if autopay is enabled).
You can always change these settings according to your tenant's preferences on receiving the invoices and payment receipts.
