The dashboard is a collection of widgets that gives an overview of the reports and metrics that are most important to you. With a dashboard, you can easily view data, and monitor multiple metrics at once, feeling comfortable and precise. This article will help you understand the widgets in the 6Storage Dashboard.
Top right of the dashboard has two dropdown menus that allow you to select which facility locations should be displayed and which widgets should be displayed. Based on the selections, the data will appear on the widgets.
Credit Card
Once your customers have paid invoices with a credit card, you can view their credit card payment activity in the Credit Card Payment Report. This widget shows the count of all the credit card transactions that occurred during the period present and previous months.
Current Month - Transactions occurred in the present month
Last Month - Transactions occurred in the previous month
Click on the settings icon to view the successful/declined credit card transactions separately. Clicking on the numbers in the widget will take you to the Credit Card Payment report.
Revenue
Revenue is the total amount of income or total earnings. This widget displays the below analytics:
Last Month - Revenue collected in the previous month
Current Month - Revenue collected in the present month
Next Month - Estimated revenue to be generated next month
You can categorically view the revenue collected through different revenue types (payment methods) as you click on the settings icon and select the desired revenue type from the list.
Total Overdue
The overdue amount is the amount not being paid for a long time past the due date. In this widget, you can view the total overdue amount and the amount overdue for specific time periods. (Representing data are inclusive of late fees and exclusive of the overdue of moved-out tenants)
Last 7 days indicate the amount overdue since the past 7 days.
Last 30 days indicate the amount overdue since the past 30 days.
> 30 days indicate the amount overdue since more than the past 30 days.
Clicking the numbers in the widget will redirect you to the Past Due Report/Balance Due report in the Reports tab.
Unpaid Invoices
To view the data on unpaid invoices, click on the settings icon and select Unpaid Invoices.
Last 7 days indicate the invoices that remain unpaid since the past 7 days.
Last 30 days indicate the invoices that remain unpaid since the past 30 days.
> 30 days indicate the invoices that remain unpaid since more than the past 30 days.
Clicking the numbers in the widget will redirect you to the Unpaid Invoices in the Operations tab.
ACH/Direct Debits
This widget shows the count of all the payments or transactions made through ACH/Direct debit during the period present and previous months.
Clicking on the settings icon will enable you to sieve through the data using other filters.
Move-in
This widget displays the count of move-ins that occurred in the present day. You can view the count for the last 7 days, the next 7 days, and the current month by clicking the settings icon.
Move-Out
The number of move-outs that occurred in the present day is displayed in this widget. You can view the count for the last 7 days, and the current month by clicking the settings icon.
Schedule move-out
This widget displays the count of move-outs scheduled on the present day. You can switch to view the data for the last 7 days, and the current month by clicking the settings icon.
Leads
This widget contains data on your leads (active leads only) according to the lead categories, counts, and the difference between the data for the present and past days and months.
This graph compares the data between the current month and the previous month.
Month so far is the time from the start of the current month till date.
Same day last month is the time between the start of the last month and the same date as the present date in the past month.
This graph compares the data between last month and the month before last.
Clicking on View Report will redirect you to the Leads tab where you can fetch the leads data using search filters and add new leads.
Occupancy
This widget shows the occupancy status and statistics of the units in charts and tables. In charts, data are represented in graphs while in tables, data are represented in rows and columns. Enabling the checkbox compares the data between online and offline units.
Clicking on View Report will redirect you to the report on Building usage in the Reports tab.
Area wise occupancy
This report helps you understand how much of your facility’s space is occupied and what is the revenue from each sqft/sqm/sqcm. Each unit is categorized based on its status.
Clicking on View Report will redirect you to the report on Area Occupancy in the Reports tab.
Overdue
This bar chart widget includes the overdue amount and late fees calculated separately for both existing and moved-out tenants. In the chart, data are represented in graphs, and in the table, data are represented in rows and columns. Click View Report to view the Past Due Report/Balance Due report in the Reports tab.
Late Fee
The late fee widget gives you figures on the late fee amount you’ve collected in the past 7 days, past 30 days, and more than 30 days.
Clicking View Report will take you to the Late Fee report.
Revenue
This widget contains the statistics on different types of revenues collected which are represented month-wise and day-wise in both chart and table.
This graph compares the data between the current month and the previous month.
Month so far is the time between the start of the month and till date.
Same day last month is the time between the start of the last month and the same date as today in the past month.
Revenue payment type
Statistics on the revenue collected through different payment types are categorized month-wise and day-wise.
Unit Availability
This pie chart widget reveals the statistics on the units available at the facility. Click View Report to view the Units Availability report.
