Resolved the issue where the ledger and transactions were not displayed on the tenant's page in some cases. 

The dashboard and past/balance due report now display the accurate amount that is overdue. The issue was that the late fee was being duplicated in the calculation. 

Resolved the validation issue where the tax ID was being required when tax exemption was selected. 

Resolved the issue where a business name with special characters was causing invoice preview issues. 

Resolved the issue of not displaying the tenant's alternate phone number on the tenant's page.

The problem with the moved-out tenant's status remaining active in the move-in/out report's scheduled move-out category has been fixed.
