Note: Surcharge settings are not located within 6Storage. Rather, they are located inside the Fortis Dashboard.
Furthermore, if you have not enabled Surcharging on your Fortis account, you will need to contact Fortis Support to enable this feature.
How to View Surcharge Settings in the Fortis Dashboard

Log in to the Fortis Dashboard.

Select the desired Location.

Click Settings.

Select Services.
Open the Surcharge tab.
NOTE: If your screen is blank, and you see no Surcharge Settings, you will need to contact Fortis Support in order to enable this feature.

Click on the Action button, then click surcharge.
Here you can see whether a surcharge is enabled and the surcharge percentage configured for that location.
After configuring your settings and applying a surcharge, receipts will begin to reflect those changes:
