- Rate manager allows you to automate your price changes. Set rules to determine scheduled price increases for your tenants automatically
- Rules can be set for both Occupied and Vacant Spaces
- Select the Add Rule button to create a new rule
- Occupied Rule Name - The name of your rule
- Amount - Increase/Decrease Rental Rate by a fixed or percentage amount.
- When - Number of Days/Months/Years After Mov-In Date/Last Rate ChangeRules
- Select the Add Rule button to create a new rule
- Rules Applied
- This shows what rules you have applied as well as when they start and end
- Rule Applied - Choose which custom rule is applied.
- Rule Start/End Date - Choose how long a unit has a rule active.
- Actions - Choose weather the rule is active or not.
- Add Rule - You can choose to add another to the unit with a unique start and end date.
