- Add or edit the ID types your facility requires
- The most common ID is a Driver’s License
- Click Add Identification Type
- Use Fields to define what data is collected
- The most common fields are Drivers License Number and State of Issuance
- Add multiple fields with Add New Field, then click Save
- ID Type
- A group that holds different user fields for completion. (i.e. ID Type Driver's License would have multiple fields to fill out)
- You can choose where this identification is active.
- Field Name
- The name of the data you wish to collect. (i.e. ID Type Phone might take a Number as a Field Name)
- Field Type
- The type of data you want for the Field Name. Options include Alphabet, Alpha Numeric, Date, and Numeric.
- Require File Upload
- Require a file upload for the ID Field
- Add New Field
- Allows you to add more identifiers for your ID Type.
