Schedule automated tasks such as rent increases, reminders, and follow-ups to reduce manual work.

Custom Automation Scheduler

You can use the custom automation scheduler to set up automations for your facility. You can automate task reminders, emails, and SMS.

To add an automated event:

  1. Click Add Event
  2. Name the event
  3. Set the trigger parameters based on the # of
    1. Days, Months, Hours 
    2. On, Before, After 
    3. Move-In Date, Payment Due Date, Payment, Overlock Removed, Late Fee Applied 
  4. Define the Activity the event should perform  
    1. Task - select the task. 
    2. Email - select the email template
    3. SMS - select the SMS template
  5. Choose the Facility, Unit Types, and Tenant Types it applies to
  6. Add additional Activities (if applicable)  
  7. Click Save

TIP - Commonly used workflow examples include:

  • Payment reminders
  • Past due notices
  • First default notices
  • Second default notices
  • Lien notices
  • Welcome letters
  • Thank you letters
  • Feedback surveys
