[Messaging](https://help.6storage.com/knowledge-base/admin-portal?hsLang=en#messaging) May 21, 2026 # Sending Emails to Tenants in the 6Storage Admin Portal ## Learn how to send customized or automated emails directly to tenants from within the admin portal.     You can send emails directly to individual tenants from their profile. This is useful for communicating account updates, reminders, or general messages.   **Sending an Email to an Individual Tenant** **Step 1: Access the Tenant Profile** - Use the **search bar** at the top to find the tenant - Or go to the **Tenants** tab and select them from the list ![Screenshot 2026-05-21 133815-1](https://help.6storage.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202026-05-21%20133815-1.png?width=670&height=146&name=Screenshot%202026-05-21%20133815-1.png) **Step 2: Open the Email Tab** - In the tenant profile, click on the **Email** tab located on the **left side** under the Rental section - This tab shows a **history of emails** previously sent to the tenant ![Screenshot 2026-05-21 135646](https://help.6storage.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202026-05-21%20135646.png?width=670&height=332&name=Screenshot%202026-05-21%20135646.png) **Step 3: Compose a New Email** - Click the **Send Email** button ![](https://help.6storage.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Aug-01-2025-07-48-07-3701-PM.png?width=670&height=317&name=image-png-Aug-01-2025-07-48-07-3701-PM.png) - You’ll be able to: - Adjust the tenant’s email address (if needed) - Enter a **subject line** - Write the **body** of your message - Click **Send** when you're ready to deliver the email   **Bulk Emails (Messaging)** - **Bulk email functionality** is available through the **Messaging** tab in the top toolbar - This will allow you to send emails to multiple tenants at once     We recommend [*reviewing the template design*](https://help.6storage.com/settings-email-templates?hsLang=en) and verbiage prior to sending messages to your tenants.
