Release Notes: September 3, 2026

 This release introduces several key enhancements across the Admin Portal and Rental Portal, including mobile optimization for the Admin Portal, receipt improvements, Overlock settings, scheduler enhancements, new document macros, and additional gate integrations. It also includes several support tickets. 

Admin Portal

  1. Units now snap together correctly when adding new or existing units.
• Move-in
  1. The Commanding Officer section is hidden when all related fields are disabled in Move-In settings.
• Tenant Profile
  1. Discounts are displayed separately in payment receipts.
  2. Tax is shown as a separate column in receipts.
  3. Updated popup text for better clarity in the Regeneration pop-up.
  4. Added "Do not communicate with accounting software" checkbox support for QuickBooks.
• Paynow
  1. Displays an appropriate error message when a payment fails.
• Mass Messaging
  1. Phone numbers are automatically formatted before sending SMS.
  2. Special characters are now allowed in supported input fields.
• Rate Manager
  1. Added Print functionality.
• Scheduled Messages
  1. Removed ineligible communications from the scheduled messaging screen.
• Reports
  1. Management summary - Adjusted the display order of Rent Last Change.
  2. Tenant Rent Roll - Disabled the date picker where applicable.
• Settings
  1. Facility
     1. Building order in the Units screen now follows the order configured in Facility Settings.
     2. Facility phone numbers are formatted based on the selected country code
  2. Lease upload
     1. Added validation for the Notes field.
     2. Displays a toaster notification if notes exceed 2000 characters
  3. Discount
     1. Termination date is now optional.
     2. Updated the field label.
  4. Custom Automation Scheduler
     1. Added Credit Card Notification functionality.
  5. Automation Scheduler
     1. Scheduler execution order implementation.
     2. Time difference restriction between scheduled jobs.
     3. AutoPay will not retry daily after a declined payment until a new invoice is generated
  6. Access Control/Overlock
     1. Added configurable Overlock Settings
     2. Overlock/Remove tasks and notifications are sent to users and tenants based on configured settings.
  7. Document
     1. Signature size follows the size configured in the document template.
     2. Ability to download documents directly from the Document Editor.
     3. New macro to display all past due line items.
     4. New macros for Alternate Contact Address
     5. New ACH-related macros:
        • ACH Account Holder Name
        • ACH Account Type
        • ACH Account Number
        • ACH Routing Number
  8. Wordpress Integration
     1. WordPress API key documents are downloaded using the operator name.

  1. QuickBooks - Updated move-out receipt formatting
  2. Payment Gateway - Move-In address fields become required/enabled based on gateway integration.
  3. Implemented the CDVI gate integration.
  4. Implemented the PDK gate integration.
