Release Notes: August 13, 2026

This release introduces several key enhancements, including the new Do Not Rent List feature, additional Macros, NetPay Webhooks for payment status updates, and improved handling of the "Is the Tenant Storing a Vehicle?" field based on unit type. This release also includes multiple bug fixes and improvements across the Admin Portal and Rental Hub.

Admin Portal

• Move-in
  1. The Send button for move-in confirmation is now enabled based on the configured Move-In Preferences, regardless of whether documents are configured.
• Tenant Profile
  1. Next Invoice
     1. Fixed an issue with accurately calculating the billing period when increasing the number of items for a daily invoice period.
  2. Do Not Rent List
     1. Introduced the Do Not Rent List feature.
     2. When a tenant is added to the Do Not Rent List, the following operations are restricted:
        • Lead
        • Reservation
        • Move-in
• Delinquency Board
  1. The invoices are now correctly associated with their respective units; however, invoices for multiple leases are no longer merging, as expected. Additionally, the messaging history is displaying the correct date and timestamp as expected.

     1. Implemented the functionality of applying the late fee tax to the Late fee amount only not to the total invoice amount/sub total amount
• Integration
  1. Implemented NetPay Webhooks to receive payment status responses when a payment is successful or fails.
  2. Fixed an issue where payments processed through the Fortis payment integration were not being recorded in the ledger.
• Move-In

Rental Hub

The "Is the Tenant Storing a Vehicle?" field is now handled based on the configured unit type.

1. Unit Type is Parking Only
2. Unit Type is Parking Allowed
3. Unit Type is No Parking Allowed

1. Regardless of the Move-In field settings, "Is the Tenant Storing a Vehicle?" defaults to Yes during Move-In.
2. The No option is disabled

1. If "Is the Tenant Storing a Vehicle?" is configured as a required Move-In field
2. If "Is the Tenant Storing a Vehicle?" is not configured as a required Move-In field

• The field defaults to Yes during Move-In
• The tenant can select No if desired

• The field defaults to No during Move-In
• The tenant can select Yes if desired

1. Irrespective of Move-in field settings, is the tenant storing a vehicle should be set to No by default during the move-in.
2. Yes option should be disabled.

• The Additional Services card is now hidden when all of the following options are disabled in Settings:

1. Content Coverage
2. Fee/services
3. Merchandise

Bug Fixes in Admin Portal

• Fixed an issue where the Autopay toggle was turned off when making a payment using an existing card. This fix applies to all payment integrations.
• Fixed an issue where payment records were missing in QuickBooks.
• Fixed an issue where the Daily Payment Report did not fetch data when the filter dates were changed.
• Fixed filtering issues on the Payment screen.
• Fixed an issue where an image was incorrectly displayed.
