Release Notes: July 30, 2026

This release includes daily recurring late fees, enhancements for Document Initials, adds the BearBox gate integration, and implements 2FA in the Rental Hub.

Admin Portal

• Sitemap
  • The unit numbers align properly with the unit box.
• Move-In
  • Leads are now automatically created when a move-in cart expires.
• Tenant List
  • Implemented the ability to update Access Hours in bulk
• Tenant Profile
  • Adjusted how the rent box reacts when adjusting the tenants pricing. It will no longer reset to the standard rate unless the invoice period is changed.
  • In Rate History, no new record will be created if Update is clicked without changing the rent amount and invoice period.
• Billing - Payments
  • When the Failed payment status is selected, the Paid Date column now displays as the Run Date, indicating the date the payment was attempted.
• Reports
  • The receipt link for multiple payments are now clickable in the Payments Report.
• Delinquency Board
  • Delinquency history now correctly displays the associated unit for each record.
• Settings
  • Late Fees
    • Implemented Daily Recurring Late Fee
    • A daily recurring late fee will be applied to the tenant every day from the effective date until the due amount is cleared.

Rental Hub

• 2FA was implemented for both existing and new tenants

Bug Fixes - Admin Portal

• Moved out teannts no longer display in the revenue widget.
• Signature macros (dynamic tags) now insert where the cursor is placed rather than the bottom of the document.
• Phone numbers are now formatted, including country code.
• Signature macros (dynamic tags) now work correctly even when they are placed adjacent to one another.
• Signature macros are binding correctly during document generation.
• The Resend eSign option in the tenants' ledgers now displays.
• Document links, including invoices, now open correctly on mobile devices.
• Added additonal VTB macros and fields.
• Fixed tenant name sorting in the Tenant List.
