New!
- We added a “Declined Reason” column to the Payments Screen.
- We’ve implemented a setting that allows operators to restrict tenants from making online payments after x number of days past due. Operators can choose how many days.

- Accounting Integration – QuickBooks Online – is currently in beta being tested on one of the CEO’s facilities. Some niche scenarios may not work as expected quite yet.
- We released the ability for Custom Move-In Fields to automatically create Custom Macros that can be utilized in templates and documents. The macros will show in the macro list dropdown in templates and documents.
- We added an Amenities, Discounts, and Services field to the Units Screen list for easy identification.
- Payment Processor – Stripe (including SEPA/ACH for applicable countries)
- If you click on the logo in the upper left corner of the Top Navigation Bar, it will take you to the website that is listed in the “Operator” settings.
- We added an Invoice Preferences setting that if enabled, will automatically apply any credit a tenant/lease has when an invoice is generated.
- We added some new macros:

Enhancements
- We added the Unit number in the last page of the move-in screen as a simple UI enhancement.
- When updating unit rates in the Units Screen - it now gives operators the choice to automatically calculate the rest of the invoice periods.
- We added an info bubble next to invoice line items in the Ledger to indicate where an invoice was generated from.
- We added an info bubble next to payment line items in the Ledger to indicate what method of payment was used.
- We replaced the Autopay Date” column in the Payments Screen with “Payment Origination,” which shows where the payment originated from (Autopay, a user, Rental Hub).
- We added a “Next Attempt” and “Last Run Status” Column to the Autopay Tenant List report.
- We added the option for tenants to be able to go back and edit their information during the move-in if needed.
- Invoices must now be paid in chronological order of their due date. For late fee invoices, the created date is considered the due date.
- When clicking “Tenant will provide info later” for Content Coverage, it will now create a task for the operator to follow up with the tenant.
- Ctrl + click now works for all reports with active tenants, allowing the tenant profile to open in a new tab.
Fixes
- We fixed an issue where the invoice selection box was sometimes not in full view/cutoff.
- The “Net Cost” column in Invoices and Receipts has now been changed to just “Cost.”
- We fixed an issue where tenant tags like “Overdue” were showing when they shouldn’t.
- We fixed an autopay issue resulting from merging tenants.
- We fixed an issue where the discounts were displaying with an incorrect ordinal suffix.
- We fixed an issue where the invoice export order was not downloading the same as what was shown on the screen.
