Autopay allows a tenant’s rent to be automatically charged to their saved payment method. You can enable this feature directly from the tenant’s profile.   **Accessing the Tenant Profile** - Use the **search bar** at the top of the screen to find the tenant - Or, click the **Tenants** tab and select the tenant from the list ![Screenshot 2026-05-21 133815-1](https://help.6storage.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202026-05-21%20133815-1.png?width=670&height=146&name=Screenshot%202026-05-21%20133815-1.png)   **Managing Payment Methods** - In the tenant profile, locate the **Payment Types** section on the **left side** under Rental Information - This section shows a list of any **existing payment methods** on file ![](https://help.6storage.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Aug-05-2025-03-57-25-4852-PM.png?width=670&height=405&name=image-png-Aug-05-2025-03-57-25-4852-PM.png)   **Adding a New Payment Method** 1. Click **Add Payment Type** 2. Choose between **Credit Card** or **ACH** 3.
