Digital Signature

Enhance customer relationship & keep your tenants relaxed. We have the feature to electronically sign over your mutual agreements.

From dashboard click on user profile icon and select Account Settings.

You could see Lease (Move-In) tab.

There you can find Enable Electronic Signature option, click on the checkbox to enable it.

Here you can upload signature by two way either signing it by mouse or by uploading file.

If you wish upload by file enable the checkbox "I want to upload my signature" and upload file and browse the file and select, once done hit on save button.

If you wish to sign by mouse draw the signature, In case any correction click Clear to remove.

Once done, click on save button to view changes.

Now you can Move-in tenants with digital signature, Administrator or facility Owner or Manager's signature will be automatically added in all mutual documents.

Proceed with usual move-in process and before entering into the payment details you could see "eSignature"

The tenants can Instantly Sign with Mouse and proceed with move-in.

If not you can send an email Link for the tenants with e-signature link.

If the tenant opens the Inbox, they could see a secure link. On click they can upload the signature or draw one or even select the existing signature.

Tenant's can read the Lease Agreement before signing.

Note: The Secure Link is valid for one time submission

Once Move-In done, from Leases Page select the Tenant to approve E-Signature.

It redirects you to the particular tenant's page, click on Approve e-sign Tab

Now you can approve eSign or deny eSign, based on this approval status move-in will be confirmed as lease.

Note: Identification Documents are Mandatory for E-Signature.
