It is possible to refund a tenant's payments through 6Storage in the tenant's profile
Accessing the Tenant Profile
- Use the search bar at the top of the screen to find the tenant
- Or, click the Tenants tab and select the tenant from the list
In the tenant profile you can find the ledger in the bottom right. Here you can use the action button to the right of the payment to refund the transaction.
Simply select "Refund" from the drop down
Here you can simply select the refund method and click "Refund"
You can also refund a tenant during the move out process. Here you can enable a prorated move out and be prompted to refund any unused payment's the tenant may still have on their account
