Autopay allows a tenant’s rent to be automatically charged to their saved payment method. You can enable this feature directly from the tenant’s profile.
Accessing the Tenant Profile
- Use the search bar at the top of the screen to find the tenant
- Or, click the Tenants tab and select the tenant from the list
Managing Payment Methods
- In the tenant profile, locate the Payment Types section on the left side under Rental Information
- This section shows a list of any existing payment methods on file
Adding a New Payment Method
- Click Add Payment Type
- Choose between Credit Card or ACH
- Enter the required payment information provided by the tenant
Enabling Autopay
- Once the payment method is added, a list of the tenant’s current units will appear
- Use the checkbox next to each unit to enable autopay for that specific unit
- The selected payment method will now be automatically charged when rent is due
