The Delinquency tab helps you monitor and manage tenants who are past due on their payments. It provides tools for identifying delinquent tenants and taking action in bulk when necessary.
Viewing Delinquent Tenants
- Navigate to the Delinquency tab from the main toolbar
- All tenants with past-due balances will automatically appear in this list
Filtering the Delinquency List
Use the filters on the left side to narrow your list by:
- Paid Through Date – View tenants based on how overdue they are
- Current Status – Filter by rental status or other account flags
Selecting Tenants
- Use the checkboxes on the left to select individual tenants
- To select all tenants, click the checkbox in the column header
Bulk Actions
Once tenants are selected, click the menu button to:
- Overlock units – Apply overlocks in bulk to restrict access
- Unlock units – Remove overlocks in bulk if payment or arrangements have been made
- Pay Now – Make a payment towards this tenants balance
Automating the Gate Lockout Process
- Navigate to the settings and click Automation then Delinquency
- Click Enable Auto grant for Gate Lockout Units to automate the process
- Click Notify Storage Operator to Overlock to notify you
- Change to desired settings below and click Submit
