When you login to your account for the first time, you can see the Setup menu from the top toolbar. Here, you have two options to choose from - Resume Units Upload and Resume Lease Upload.
Under Facility Setup, enter the facility name, tax applicable & building name. If your facility has another building, click on Add another building. If your facility is put up in more than one location, then click on Add another Facility button.
Click on Next button to proceed to unit setup.
Under Unit Setup, enter the unit type, width, length, height, and price. If the unit price is same for the all units in this category then select “All units of above sizes have same price”, enter the price and click on Save. If the unit price varies, select “The price varies by the unit." Now click on Save button.
You can have a preview of your units in the section below. Click on Next if it is perfect, else click Back to edit.
Under Unit Upload, enter the number of units, add suffixes and prefixes by choosing the appropriate location and building. Now click on Save button and then on Next button to proceed to Lease Upload.
You can also upload the units by downloading the default excel template, updating the unit details, and uploading them into the software.
Once units setup is done you will be taken to the Lease Upload section. Here, you can upload your lease into the software or add them manually. For manual uploading of leases, select the facility, building, unit number, and then click on Search button. You can also select the building/unit from the list below and enter the lease information.
Fill in the basic tenant information and lease information.
Click on Save to create the lease.
Click on Finish button once done.
Click on Move to dashboard once the account setup is done.
