Setup your account, Let’s Get Started!

Now, you are brought to the Account Setup screen. Here you can complete the basic account setup information and click on Save button.

Getting Started

Step 1: Add Location

  1. Enter the location name
  2. Click on Add button to enter multiple location names (optional)
  3. Click on Save button
  4. Click on Next-Add Building button

Step 2: Add Building

  1. Choose the Location under which you’d like to add Building
  2. Enter your building name
  3. Click on Add button to enter multiple building names (optional)
  4. Click on Save button
  5. Click on Next-Add Units button

Step 3: Add Units:

Units can be added using two options either through Setup or Spreadsheet

Option 1: Adding through Setup

  1. Select Location and Building from the dropdown in case of multiple locations and buildings (optional)
  2. Unit Number: To enter units one by one, type the same unit number in the Start from and Ends on To add units of identical size, type and price in sequence, enter the first unit number in the Starts from text box and last unit number in the Ends on text box. It will then add all units between the starting and ending number.
  3. Specification: Enter the following information specific to the Unit Numbers:
  4. a) Width: the dimension from side-to-side of the Unit measured
  5. b) Length: the dimension from front to rear of the Unit measured
  6. c) Unit Type: Small, Medium, Large etc.
  7. d) Unit Price: Monthly standard rate that the Unit will be rented at prior to Tax and Discount
  8. Click on +Add button and repeat the above steps to add more units

  1. Verify if you've entered the correct information and click on Submit button

Option 2: Upload through Spreadsheet

Click on Download Template button to download the Unit Template, Fill in the Units information in the spreadsheet and click on Choose File button and select the completed Unit Template and click on Upload button

Current Tenants/Leases Setup - Leases can be added using two options either Manually or through Spreadsheet

Option 1: Upload Manually

  1. Select Location and Building from the dropdown in case of multiple locations and buildings (optional)
  2. Choose move-in date
  3. Tenant Name and Mobile # are required
  4. Tenant contact information (Email, Street, City and Zipcode) are optional
Getting Started

  1. Invoice Period (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually and Annually)
  2. Invoice Recurring
  3. a) First-of-Month: Rent is due on the first day of each month
  4. b) Anniversary: Rent is due on the same day each month as the original Move-In date
  5. Paid Through Date indicates the end term date of the last fully paid invoice
  6. Next Billing Date indicates the start date of the next billing cycle
  7. Total Balance is the total amount the tenant owes
  8. Deposit: money paid in advance to cover damage or lease termination
  9. Choose Yes if the deposit is refundable and No if the deposit is non-refundable
  10. Click on Save button

Option 2: Upload Via Spreadsheet

Click on Download Template button to download the Lease Template, fill in the lease information for all your current tenants in the spreadsheet and click on Choose File button and select the completed Lease Template and click on Upload button
